Where We Serve California Employees
One office in Costa Mesa. Employees represented across five Southern California counties.
Our city pages cover some of the places we serve, not the limits of where we work: we represent employees anywhere in these five counties and throughout California. Each page below notes which court hears civil matters for that area.
Los Angeles County
- Culver CityCulver City has no minimum wage ordinance, but LA's may cover hours worked across the city line.
- GlendaleEmployment cases are heard at the Glendale Courthouse, but injury cases go downtown.
- LancasterThe Antelope Valley Courthouse can handle a civil matter end to end, without a trip downtown.
- Long BeachMeasure RW sets a hotel-worker wage above the state floor and requires service charges paid in full.
- Los AngelesA city minimum wage above the state rate covers anyone working at least two hours inside city limits.
- PasadenaThe city's own minimum wage, in place since 2016, applies to businesses of every size.
- Santa MonicaThe city sets its own minimum wage, a hotel-worker living wage and a service-charge law.
- AnaheimMeasure L sets a local minimum wage for Anaheim Resort employers that receive a city tax rebate.
- Costa MesaOur office is in Costa Mesa, but employment cases go to the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
- Huntington BeachSeasonal tourism jobs sit beside more than 650 industrial businesses, a mix unusual for a coastal city.
- IrvineIrvine's employment base runs from biotechnology and medical devices to software, gaming and semiconductors.
- Newport BeachA city study found Newport Beach holds 5% of the county's jobs but 3% of its population.
- Santa AnaEvery Orange County employment case is heard in Santa Ana, the county seat.
Riverside County
- CoronaCorona's courthouse does not hear unlimited civil cases; they go to the Riverside Historic Courthouse.
- RiversideUnlimited civil cases from every Riverside ZIP code are filed at the Historic Courthouse on Main Street.
- TemeculaSince August 2026, unlimited civil cases from Temecula are filed at the Menifee Justice Center.
San Bernardino County
- ChinoNo courthouse has operated in Chino since 2012, so an employment lawsuit is filed in Rancho Cucamonga.
- OntarioOntario is a goods-movement hub, and the court's own guidance on where to file its cases conflicts.
- Rancho CucamongaThe West End's civil courthouse is here, one of three in the county that take unlimited civil cases.
- San BernardinoThe county seat's civil division takes unlimited civil filings from almost every community in the county.
